The mission of our Product Development team is to bring thoughtfully designed, high-quality products to market through efficient processes, strong supplier partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting directly to the Product Development Manager, the Product Coordinator will support the Product Development team in managing product data, digital assets, and sample coordination while building strong organizational and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the digital asset process, ensuring product imagery accuracy and timely handoff to the Data Team for seasonal launches
  • Utilize AI tools to support image validation and coordinate with external partners for image processing
  • Review TOF and product data forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy with Product Developer sign-off
  • Manage swatch TOF, coding, and accuracy across seasonal assortments
  • Coordinate the receipt of seasonal swatches from factories and support National Accounts with buyer requests
  • Maintain and organize the swatch and material library, ensuring proper upkeep and rotation
  • Support the Product Development team with marketplace research and cost analysis aligned to the GTM calendar
  • Manage and respond to Product Knowledge Channel inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in seasonal product planning through asset collection and data consolidation
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines in alignment with the product development calendar
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solutions-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience or exposure to sample tracking, product coordination, or related fields is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual communication skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) are an asset

The compensation for this role is currently budgeted at $23-$27 per hour for the 4-month term.
