Your new role

• As a Product Coordinator within our Zilt and Insulins portfolio, you'll be the engine that keeps our marketing initiatives running smoothly. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring our campaigns, materials, and communications deliver impact across multiple stakeholders and markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the Zilt and Insulins therapy areas, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy;

• Managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple marketing projects simultaneously, keeping teams on track and stakeholders informed;

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, commercial operations, and external agencies to bring marketing initiatives to life;

• Maintaining marketing materials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines;

• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making;

• Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events that drive our marketing objectives forward;

• Acting as a central point of contact for marketing queries and ensuring smooth communication across the organization;

• Hybrid work arrangement (3-4 days per week in the office).

Your new department

In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness.

Within this dynamic environment, our Zilt and Insulins marketing team is focused on ensuring these critical therapies reach the patients who depend on them. We work collaboratively to develop and execute strategies that make a real difference in diabetes care, combining deep therapeutic expertise with innovative marketing approaches. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be central to making our ambitious plans a reality.

Your skills and qualifications

We're looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a regulated industry;

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality;

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels;

• A relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with project management tools;

• A detail-oriented mindset combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand how your work contributes to patient outcomes;

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude that inspires confidence in colleagues and partners.
