Job Category: Product DevelopmentWe’re seeking a highly organized Product Coordinator to support the daily operations, upgrades, vendor relationships, and release processes for our enterprise software products. This role acts as a central connector between internal teams, IT, and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth system performance and clear communication.
Essential Responsibilities:
Product Support & Ticket Management
- Monitor and route support tickets; track SLA timelines and escalate when needed.
- Report on open tickets, recurring issues, and incident trends.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides and support documentation.
Release & Upgrade Coordination
- Maintain software version inventory and release calendars.
- Draft and distribute release communications.
- Attend scheduled upgrades to ensure system stability.
- Build readiness checklists and test plans; ensure teams complete post‑upgrade testing.
Incident & Process Management
- Maintain procedures for file failures and incident response.
- Track RCA documentation and summarize incident patterns.
Third‑Party Vendor Management
- Act as the primary coordinator for assigned vendors.
- Maintain vendor contacts, documentation, and onboarding details in the Third‑Party Management platform.
- Ensure timely completion of vendor reviews, contract checkpoints, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate monthly vendor touchpoints and monitor vendor performance.
Cross‑Team Coordination
- Support communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Organize meetings, capture action items, and maintain product documentation.

QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
- Familiarity with major banking systems, including Fiserv, Q2, ICE Mortgage, nCino, and ATM networks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Experience with ticketing or product support workflows.
Preferred
- Experience in product operations, IT coordination, or vendor management.
- Understanding of release management, change management, or incident processes.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
