To better support the fast development of automotive industry and technology of China, Bosch set up its wholly owned company, Bosch Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., in Wuxi (RBCW). As an important member of two divisions Power Solutions and Electrified Motion, RBCW has nearly 650 employees, and is a youthful and energetic company. It specializes in the development, production and sales of new powertrain-related and future-oriented products. The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc.
- Planning of Steering P&L and relevant KPI’s.
- Evaluation of deviations vs. target such as material deviation and initiate measures to close potential gaps.
- Financial quantification of functional activities as basis for decisions and evaluation of business cases (e.g. investment calculations, scenarios, make or buy decision).
- Consulting of management and other stakeholders in commercial context.
- Bachelor degree in accounting, economics and international trade.
- 5-6 years working experiences in controlling & Costing area.
- Good understanding of P&L, product costing and related SAP knowhow.
- Good analytic ability and ability to have deep dive for the root cost.
- Good communication and influence skill.
- Working preactively for CIP ideas.
- Good knowledge of data sourcing, modeling and digitalization.
