This person becomes one of the public-facing voices of the product. The role combines Content Creation, UGC, Product Education, Video, Presenting, Webinars, and Community engagement. This is a highly hands-on position — the candidate should be comfortable getting on camera, creating content themselves, demonstrating software, and presenting to an audience.
