Product Configurator Manager
What this role is about?
The Product Configurator Manager, reporting to the team director, is to become expert of the solution once in operational support model, where he/she should assess, implement and test changes and enhancements. He/she is also in charge of coordinating maintenance and upgrades from BTS side. This includes ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives, managing technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality. The role requires strong functional & technical expertise of the application, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The candidate has to provide expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution, as well as raising and following up on risks and mitigations required for successful adoption.
The person will take an active role during project execution specifically in the areas of Tool development and configuration, also getting to learn the Data Migration process end to end to provide support on issues assessment once in maintenance mode.
The person acts as liaison between Product owner or business application owner and other D&IT delivery teams being able to talk both business and IT languages, becoming and coordinating other internal IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and budget agreed plans. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.
