This role is all about making sure our innovations dont just work, they're approved, trusted, and ready for the world. From managing technical submissions and liaising with test labs to maintaining compliance files and securing global approvals, youll be at the heart of our product success.
What Youll Do
Lead the entire approvals lifecycle from kick-off to certificate in hand.
Compile and maintain Technical Construction Files in line with international standards.
Act as the go-to liaison for test labs, homologation partners, and external auditors.
Prepare and submit approval applications for new and existing products.
Provide clear feedback on system test results to guide engineering improvements.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping of test reports, submissions, and certificates.
Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
Be the compliance champion, bridging R&D teams and external bodies.
What You Bring
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in product compliance, approvals, or certification (electronics/software R&D or manufacturing).
Proven track record with international certification standards.
Sharp technical writing skills and forensic attention to detail.
Strong organisational and project coordination ability.
High computer literacy (MS Office essential; Jira a plus).
Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional and external collaborations.
Bonus: Experience in explosive environments or with functional safety standards (IEC 61508).
