Responsibilities:

  • Compile and submit recurring regulatory reports and declarations (e.g., EPR packaging reporting, material substance reporting, annual and quarterly volume reporting) in accordance with required formats, deadlines, and recordkeeping expectations.
  • Maintain an organized repository of supporting documentation (supplier declarations, material disclosures, packaging specs, submissions, correspondence) to ensure audit readiness.
  • Track reporting deadlines, submission milestones, and data readiness across multiple jurisdictions; escalate risks to compliance leadership early.
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to packaging/material data and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate collection of packaging composition, bill-of-materials (BOM) attributes, and material content data from internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Validate submissions for completeness, reasonableness, and consistency; resolve gaps by working with sourcing, logistics, engineering, packaging, and suppliers.
  • Work with IT to add appropriate data field, build and maintain queries, extracts and standard reports to pull appropriate data for reporting.
  • Partner with packaging/logistics teams to align packaging specifications and bill of packaging (BOP) data with reporting requirements.
  • Support sourcing with supplier onboarding expectations related to packaging and substance disclosure systems.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in business and/or computer science / data management or relevant experience and certification preferred.

Years of Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is required.

Software Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or similar systems, PLM, Supplier Portals, MDM Tools, Power BI, MS Office applications, Database Structure are strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity/experience with EPR reporting, REACH/SVHC reporting or other government reporting are preferred.
  • Certifications with Microsoft products such as Excel and Power BI preferred.
  • Cross functional project management experience or training preferred.
