Job Description

A leader in the digital payments & gaming industry, is seeking a talented Product Compliance Analyst to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in gaming compliance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

The Product Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring product approvals are obtained from independent test labs and regulatory bodies according to the company schedule. This position will drive approval processes and provide guidance to teams regarding regulations and standards pertaining to product compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software submission and approval processes with independent testing labs and regulatory bodies

  • Prepare and distribute notifications to regulators regarding software installation

  • Verify hardware and software approvals for each jurisdiction

  • Build relationships with other departments to collect information for product approval submissions

  • Act as a project manager for compliance submissions

  • Ensure compliance with shipping requirements

  • Provide weekly updates on submission status to management

  • Review and interpret regulations and technical standards in regulated markets

  • Analyze new product features for regulatory compliance

  • Assist in developing compliance policies and procedures

  • Support release and change management processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Product Compliance experience in the gaming industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in new market expansion

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Willingness to travel as necessary

This is an in-person position based in Las Vegas, NV, 89103. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
