Job Description

We are looking for a collaborative and commercially-minded Product Commercialization Manager to join our Product organization for a period of 12 months.

As Product Commercialization Manager, you will play a key role in connecting Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our products are successfully positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will help translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and support the commercialization of our solutions across multiple product lines.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to go-to-market planning, product positioning, sales enablement, customer adoption initiatives, and market intelligence activities. Through customer, market, and competitive insights, you will help teams align around customer needs, market opportunities, and the value our products deliver.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, customers, and commercial teams, combining strategic thinking with strong communication and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Planning

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling customer benefits for different market segments and personas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to customer communication, adoption, and awareness initiatives that maximize the impact of product launches.
• Help evaluate launch outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Market, Customer & Competitive Insights

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights for Product and commercial teams.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and awareness of product capabilities.
• Help incorporate customer feedback into commercialization and product improvement efforts.

Operational Enablement

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify enablement needs and develop supporting materials.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks, presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, competitive comparisons, and other commercial assets.
• Support product and market training initiatives for commercial and customer-facing teams.
• Help ensure client facing teams can effectively communicate product value and differentiation.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of B2B software products and go-to-market practices.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent in Dutch is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer, market, and competitive information.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
