Product Change Manager Toblerone(F/M/X)

We are seeking an outstanding Project Manager to joinTWTRPCM Team.

In this role, reporting to the Manager PCM TWTR, you will lead the project management of key product change initiatives across Toblerone portfolio, including execution of product innovation, packaging updates, product updates, and territory expansions—from projectinceptionthroughimplementation and launch.

You’llwork closely with teams across TWTR BU, R&D, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to ensure projects are delivered within established time, cost, and quality parameters. This role has aglobalscope, supporting Toblerone growth ambition.

Scope:

You willbe responsible forscoping and leading Toblerone projects,building strong cross functional relationship andsupportingexecution of Toblerone projects. Attention to detail, collaborative spirit andgood communicationare key.

The role will support bridging criticalprojectinformation flows betweenlocal and MEU teams, ensuring seamlessproject execution andtimelylaunches.

What you need to be successful:

  • Attention to detail.

  • Great communicationskills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving thedeliverables on the projects

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – ability to understand and interpretchanges in the business environment

  • Experience in ISC / R&D / Marketing. Experience in Project Management is anadditionalasset, but nota must
