Job Description

We are have an exciting opportunity for a Product Catalogue Senior Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods.

About The Role

As the Product Catalogue Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the troubleshooting of errors in product creation, both reactively and proactively, as well as facilitating training for fellow team members.

You will also;

  • Review weekly data quality reporting and provide insights into results.
  • Facilitate the training of new Administrators in the team (temporary and permanent staff); covering systems setup, article creation workflows, SAP, Freshservice and other key tools and processes.
  • Responsible for investigating and correcting any data or process issues.
  • Work with functional teams to build support for data quality standards in relation to completeness, validity, timeliness & accuracy
  • Ensure reliability, procedural integrity, and efficiencies to drive a continuous service improvement culture across the IT department and landscape

About You

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail as well as having a curiosity mindset to effectively investigate and solve problems. It is important for this role that you are resilient and flexible, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and performing to deadlines.

You will also have the following;

  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Good Microsoft Office literacy - Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel (xlookups and pivots)
  • You will be results-driven and delivery focused
  • Strong communicator with a desire to share subject matter expertise
  • A collaborative and an effective relationship builder, across both different functions and levels of the organisation
