About the Opportunity
Evantis Talent Solutions is working with a well-established e-commerce and lifestyle platform in Bangkok that specialises in authenticated sneakers, fashion, and luxury goods. The company is expanding into product care services and is looking for someone to build and lead this vertical from the ground up.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the craft of sneaker and luxury bag care inside out — and also has the commercial and operational instincts to turn it into a scalable business. You'll be responsible for designing the service model, standing up the operations, and growing a team around it. You'll work closely with product, tech, and marketing to integrate care services into the company's digital platform and customer journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and growing the company's product care offering end to end, covering both sneakers and luxury bags
- Designing service tiers, pricing, and packages that deliver clear value with strong unit economics
- Building operational workflows from order intake through to delivery, with defined SLAs and quality benchmarks
- Establishing inspection criteria, QC processes, and quality standards across all service lines
- Collaborating with product and tech teams to launch and refine in-app service booking and tracking features
- Sourcing and managing vendor partnerships or building in-house technician capability
- Hiring, training, and leading a growing team of care specialists
- Owning key performance metrics including volume, NPS, repeat rate, and margins
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in sneaker care, shoe cleaning, bag restoration, or luxury product care
- Deep technical knowledge of cleaning, restoration, and protection methods for sneakers and bags
- Proven ability — or clear readiness — to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations
- Commercial thinking: comfortable with pricing, cost structures, and service design
- Highly organised with a knack for building SOPs and documenting workflows
- Strong communicator who can work across product, tech, and marketing teams

Working Setup
Hybrid — three days in the office near BTS Udomsuk, two days from home. Flexible start time between 9:00 and 10:30 AM, with a nine-hour day including lunch.
