This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as Product Benchmark and Cost Improvement Champion:

• Proactively collect market information for competitor and innovative new suppliers, and support portfolio for future product roadmap outlook.
• Focusing on China market, lead cost benchmark study from both cost and design perspective.
• Regularly align reports and opportunities with global benchmark team and share lesson learned within and across platforms.
• By identifying all cost saving opportunities from product benchmarking, deliver to VAVE team for implementation, closely monitor and report out final delivery.

Your Profile as Product Benchmark and Cost Improvement Champion:

• 3+ years experience in cost management, VAVE or similar role.
• capability to explore and utilize all open channels and search for potential suppliers and competitor products information.
• Background in hardware design is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to drive team for quick implementation and prompt escalation.
