As a Product Auditor(IRA Counter) at Caterpillar you willensureinventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits whilemaintainingtimelyandaccuratesystem records. Adhere to established procedures and safety standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Effectively manage multiple priorities, using strong problem-solving skills to meet deadlines ina fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
Perform cycle counts, full physical inventories, and required audits to ensureaccurateinventory quantities and locations
Maintainaccurateinventory records by updating systems and reviewing transactional datain a timely manner
Follow established procedures, standard work, audit guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure compliance
Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and cross-functional teams to minimize disruption and implement corrective actions
Drive process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Utilize independent decision-making and problem-solving skills to complete tasks effectively
Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months oflogistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience
Ability to follow standard work instructions and procedures
Basic computer skills

Compensation range:$20.70 - $26.90
