We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the quality management of in-orbit anomalies for GEO and LEO fleets. In this position, you’ll work closely with Satellite Fleet Engineering, Operations, Engineering and Ground teams, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
You are a structured and reliable Product Assurance professional with experience in satellite systems engineering and/or space operations. You are comfortable working in a technical environment where accuracy and organization are very important.
You are able to analyze technical issues in a clear and logical way, you are comfortable leading anomaly investigations, challenging technical assumptions, and driving corrective actions across multidisciplinary teams.
You are comfortable using IT tools and digital systems. You are able to maintain and update databases (e.g. JIRA) and ensure good data traceability. You understand the importance of structured data for monitoring and reporting activities.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a proactive mindset focused on risk mitigation and continuous improvement. You are motivated by ensuring mission success and long-term satellite reliability in orbit.

The main office is in Issy-les-Moulineaux in France. Travel to contractors’ and their suppliers’ sites, as well as across the company’s entities, may be required. Home working is generally accepted on the basis of 2 days per week and in accordance with HR policies.
