INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). What you will do, but not limited to:

• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of digital products.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to track product progress.
• Analyze product performance data and provide insights for improvement.
• Help in preparing documentation and reports related to product features and updates.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product reliability.
• Manage product-related communications to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, product management support, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Experience or interest in digital products, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
• Ability to understand basic technical concepts related to APIs and digital services.
