You’ll help bring order to chaos by owning the backlogs and ensuring the dev teams are set up for success by operationalizing the H0 and H1 product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and maintain product backlogs in Azure DevOps across multiple teams.
• Organize and distribute H0/H1 planning artifacts across development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and groom backlog items.
• Track sprint readiness and support sprint planning with up-to-date documentation.
• Facilitate communication between delivery teams and the product team

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a product training, project coordination, or business analyst role.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (ADO, Monday, Lucid).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience in software delivery or technical environments a plus

Salary Range: CAD $45,000- CAD $60,000.
