Job Description

Product Assembler - 2nd Shift
Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am
Pay: $17/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

The Product Assembler plays a key role in assembling high quality products that are defect free and ready for shipment. Team members may rotate between stations as needed to support production.
Responsibilities
• Assemble metal and plastic components using air, battery, and hand tools
• Package completed products (boxing, palletizing, wrapping)
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and defects
• Perform basic product testing
• Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble products accurately
• Ability to read blueprints and shop floor documentation
Skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Professional and reliable work ethic
Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and use hands repetitively
• Must wear safety glasses and steel toe boots
