Product Architect
Your role:
• Collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement cutting edge solutions, discusses tradeoffs with all involved internal stakeholders and external suppliers or partners, ensuring alignment with present and future features and architectural principles.
• Evaluates and mitigates technical uncertainties by devising innovative strategies to enhance system efficiency and resilience, while participating in the development of thorough risk management, working under limited supervision.
• Designs and optimizes architecture using established product development protocols, while actively exploring novel technologies to augment system durability and effectiveness.
• Constructs and validates sophisticated test systems for hardware components, ensuring stringent testing protocols to validate system performance and reliability.
• Leads the end-to-end system design and development process for new systems and products, overseeing integration, testing, and validation initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develops comprehensive product requirement documentations for new prototypes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Drives strategic discussions on system architecture and interface design, facilitates seamless integration of system features and implements efficient integration strategies to achieve optimal system performance and interoperability.
• Conducts comprehensive exploratory testing to evaluate feature functionality and identify potential areas for enhancement, employing systematic approaches to validate system performance and reliability.
• Guides and empowers team members through mentorship and coaching, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving to drive innovation and excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• A proven track record and at least 10 years of experience in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering, Product Development Lifecycle Management or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required to have min. English standard of CET-6 and above.
• Able to demonstrate independent plan, execute and report out. • Experience working in a fast-changing dynamic, cross-functional & cross-cultural work environment.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with a can-do attitude and pragmatic problem solving.
• You are a team player who can build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across different levels within the organization. • Have an interest in Health & Wellness products and new technology
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
