Job Description

In this role, we are seeking a commercially driven and customer-oriented leader to take ownership of the assigned business and geographic territory across Patient Care Solutions (PCS). You will be responsible for driving market development, clinical branding, product commercialization, channel partner success, and business performance to accelerate growth and expand market presence of GE HealthCare's Diagnostics Cardiology portfolio (DCAR).

Working closely and aligning with regional commercial, product, and marketing teams, your mission is to translate business strategy into effective field execution by building strong customer relationships, enhancing clinical advocacy, strengthening channel capability, and ensuring operational rigor. You will serve as the key interface between customers, channel partners, and GE HealthCare, driving sustainable growth through a combination of clinical expertise, commercial leadership, and market insight.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Branding & Market Development:

  • Develop and execute clinical branding strategies to strengthen customer preference and market visibility within the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain key show sites and reference centers that enable customer engagement and word-of-mouth advocacy.
  • Own and continuously develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical societies, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Drive clinical partnerships, evidence generation initiatives, and customer success programs to support portfolio adoption and differentiation.
  • Lead clinical marketing activities, educational programs, conferences, workshops, and product launch campaigns.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Win in the Field:

  • Own execution of the Go-To-Market strategy across the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Partner closely with channel partners and commercial teams to drive business growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead clinical and solution-selling engagements with customers and support strategic opportunity development.
  • Provide field leadership during key competitive opportunities, strategic tenders, and high-impact customer engagements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of channel partner coverage, capability, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Support account planning and growth strategy development for priority customers and strategic accounts.

Product & Application Leadership:

  • Own product positioning and value proposition strategy within the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Serve as the primary product and clinical subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead product, configuration, and application support activities for channel partners and commercial teams.
  • Ensure effective product knowledge transfer, clinical education, and application competency development across channel partners.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to regional leadership teams.
  • Support successful commercialization, product launches, lifecycle management initiatives, and portfolio growth programs.

Commercial Operations:

  • Own business performance for the assigned portfolio and territory, including orders, revenue, margin, and Daily Management System (DMS) metrics.
  • Oversee funnel health, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy to ensure predictable business performance.
  • Lead regular business reviews with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners within the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Act as Level 1 owner for pricing review and approval processes in accordance with commercial policies and profitability objectives.
  • Report market intelligence, competitive activities, customer trends, and business performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, commercial processes, and governance requirements.
  • Support Diagnostic Cardiology business in other territory outside Indonesia if required by the business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, clinical applications, commercial excellence, sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
  • Experience supporting product commercialization, market development, and product launch activities.
  • Proven ability to influence customer purchasing decisions through clinical, technical, or commercial expertise.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language where applicable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving market environments.
  • Experience in cardiology is preferred or related healthcare segments is preferred.
