We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Group Sales Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
Department Overview
Business Promotion Department contributes to Rakuten Mobile business through device strategy and sales and in-house network strategy and sales.
The mission of the Device Strategy Section, to which you will be assigned, is to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Rakuten Mobile business through planning and data analysis of the device portfolio, including smartphones handled by Rakuten Mobile.

As a member of the Device Strategy Section, you will be assigned the following duties depending on your experience and skills.
1. Product planning of device related service
2. Service planning, defining requirement and operation
3. Various product data analysis
We expect you to contribute to the organization's mission of acquiring customers and increasing revenue for the mobile business by defining requirements, maintenance, and operation of the system associated with campaign planning and projects such as the "Rakuten Mobile Replacement Super Toku Program".
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience with system planning, development and requirement definition
- Have an experience with system operation and maintenance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Mobile or IT industry
