Job Title: Product and Service Development Manager

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, implement, and enhance the company's business and marketing strategies.
• Increase the company's market position and share by developing products and services, attracting customers, and designing, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on promotional plans and programs aligned with customer needs, preferences, and interests.
• Analyze sales data to identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities to increase sales and purchasing frequency.
• Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, CRM strategies, e-commerce solutions, and customer loyalty programs.
• Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns and sales support projects to achieve established project goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to reward loyal customers and increase repeat purchases, and develop and implement relevant programs.
• Develop and optimize sales growth plans and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Graduates of foreign universities are preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in product and service development, brand development, online customer service development, marketing, business research, or business analysis.
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and consumer analytics.
• Ability to conduct business and marketing research, process and analyze data, and develop data-driven programs and initiatives.
• Knowledge of finance and capital markets.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
