  • Support competitive analysis and content rollout
  • Organize and run meetings with internal stakeholders and track action items
  • Conduct research (e.g., Gartner, market/competitive analysis) to inform positioning
  • Contribute to messaging, positioning, and enablement initiatives
  • Help build scalable processes for launch planning and cross-functional collaboration

Special Projects

In addition to core responsibilities, this role will support several time-bound initiatives, including Sales Kickoff planning and content development, migration to a new Learning Management System, and launch support for a major upcoming product release.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in program/project management, product ops, or marketing ops within an enterprise software/SaaS company
  • Experience working in or supporting product or marketing functions
  • Experience supporting sales enablement content or large-scale sales events (e.g., SKO)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or product launch workflows a plus
  • Strong business sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders
