Product and Program Management

HP is seeking a Product Data & Program Management (PDM) professional to support the end-to-end creation, governance, execution, analysis, automation, and lifecycle management of product data and related programs across New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining, and Transformation initiatives. This role supports enterprise and regional product data and delivery activities spanning PLM, ERP (S/4), configuration, BOM, master data, analytics, automation, documentation, knowledge management, and governance functions. The role operates across multiple PDM, engineering, analytics, and program domains, enabling accurate, compliant, and scalable product data and deployment execution that supports engineering delivery, supply chain readiness, manufacturability, orderability, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of operating across both strategic and tactical data, system, and program activities in a complex, global environment.
Responsibilities
SME for BOM Management
• Create, maintain, and validate Bills of Material (BOMs) across development and sustaining phases
• Perform BOM copy, restructuring, and alternative management activities when needed
• Help keep BOMs aligned across engineering, manufacturing, service, and ERP views
SME for Document, Engineering Record & Knowledge Management
• Support document creation, updates, and lifecycle maintenance
• Manage documentation through DMS tools and established workflows
• Execute Engineering Record (ER) creation and update activities
• Maintain structured knowledge repositories and work instructions so teams can reuse solutions rather than recreating them
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, and factory teams to capture product knowledge that supports deployment, serviceability, and long-term support
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
