Product and GTM Manager
Areas of responsibility/job description:
- Internal Collaboration and Local Planning: Fully align with headquarters product planning, core information, and the overall GTM schedule; implement headquarters strategy, and lead the development and output of product roadmaps tailored to the characteristics of this market.
- Product Positioning and Version Planning: Accurately define the target audience and core selling points; develop SKU planning, version gradient design (standard/optional strategies), optional package combinations, and pricing schemes for this market.
- Pricing and Lifecycle Management: Provide new vehicle guide prices based on brand positioning, competitor benchmarking, and sales targets; plan the entire lifecycle iteration plan for models according to the characteristics of this market, and dynamically monitor the sales performance and sales structure of each model.
- Launch Collaboration and Resource Support: As the GTM leader for this market, coordinate the development of new vehicle launch schedules and operational plans; collaborate with the domestic headquarters and the European mid-level GTM team to ensure the availability of resources required for the launch of each model.
- Market Tracking and Demand Conversion: Analyze automotive industry trends and core competitor activities (product matrix, configuration differences, terminal strategies) in this market; conduct user research to deeply understand user needs; translate market demands into product language and output this information back to the R&D team, providing professional advice for new model/facelift development.
- Market Monitoring and Competitive Analysis: Closely track market dynamics, deeply analyze the performance of core competitors, and regularly output market analysis and strategy reports.
- Terminal Empowerment and Sales Support: Extract practical sales selling points and core communication techniques for this market, and provide standardized sales toolkits to terminal stores; participate in core internal training to empower terminal conversion.

What are we looking for?
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
