Mission:

You will lead the product and engineering execution of TEKEVER systems developed and industrialized in France.

This role sits at the core of our organization: connecting product vision, engineering development and operational deployment.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams building systems that combine:

• autonomous aerial platforms

• advanced sensors and payloads

• AI-enabled intelligence and data analytics

Your mission will be to turn operational needs into scalable and reliable products.

Main responsibilities:

• Translate real operational problems into product requirements

• Define and manage the product roadmap based on impact and operational value

• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across systems, avionics, software and payload integration

• Drive architecture and key technical decisions

• Ensure systems are robust, reliable and deployable

• Work closely with other product teams across the group as well as production and operations teams

• Rapidly iterate based on real feedback from the field

• Deliver capabilities that solve real-world security challenges

Experience

• 10+ years in engineering, product management, or systems leadership

• Experience with complex hardware-software systems

• Background in aerospace, robotics, defence, autonomous systems or space

• Strong systems thinking

• Experience integrating hardware, software and sensors

• Ability to make technical trade-offs in fast-moving environments

• Ability to lead engineers in high-ownership environments

• Comfortable operating in fast-growing scale-ups

• Strong execution mindset

• Due to the nature of our activities, this role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a French national defence security clearance.
