Job Description

The Product and Design Vice President will be responsible for defining the overall product strategy and leading the development of innovative financial technology solutions that deliver value to customers and drive business growth. The role involves translating market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into clear product direction, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery and scaling of impactful digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations into clear product initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Simplify complex financial and regulatory requirements into seamless and user-friendly product experiences.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, growth, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and effective product delivery.
• Drive product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement using agile and data-driven methodologies.
• Ensure timely execution of product initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and user trust.
• Use product metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide product decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and business growth potential.
• Encourage rapid experimentation, learning, and iteration to continuously improve products and customer experiences.
• Balance speed of execution with product quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the product roadmap remains focused, strategic, and aligned with company priorities.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and eliminate organizational silos to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Support the organization in scaling digital financial products while maintaining a strong focus on customer trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with several years leading product teams.
• Proven experience working in fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build products from concept to launch and scale them successfully.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership.
• Familiarity with financial technologies, digital payments, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
