At Viajes Para Ti, we create memorable travel experiences through Esquiades.com, Buscounchollo.com, Amimir.com and Jump2Spain.com. We also operate Boí Taüll Resort.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Product team. This is an opportunity to grow in an expanding area while managing strategic relationships with hotels, B2B partners and suppliers.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of hotels, B2B partners and suppliers.
• Support commercial negotiations, promotions and partnership agreements.
• Analyse sales, margin and conversion data to identify opportunities.
• Maintain close and regular communication with partners.
• Work with the Product, IT and Marketing teams to improve results and processes.
• Gradually take on greater autonomy and responsibility for your portfolio.

What we’re looking for

• A commercial, organised and analytical profile with a desire to grow.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Interest in travel, hospitality or digital business.
• Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Camp de Tarragona, or able to work on-site in Reus.

Experience in account management, hotels, OTAs or travel suppliers will be highly valued, but it is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with commercial judgement, a proactive attitude and the potential to develop with us.
