We are looking for a Product Analytics Team Lead to join one of our most well-established product - Cupid Media.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Core Analytics & Product Impact (Hands-on, playing coach)
    - Act as a playing coach: personally contribute to product and marketing analytics while leading the team
    - Identify root causes of changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs
    - Drive deep user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to support product decisions
    - Lead design, evaluation, and interpretation of experiments (A/B testing, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics)
    - Assess and quantify the expected and actual business impact of product and marketing initiatives
    - Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support product strategy and roadmap decisions

    Team Leadership & People Management
    - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts (2 analysts + functional DE support)
    - Set clear goals, expectations, and development plans for team members
    - Ensure high quality of analytical outputs, insights, and recommendations
    - Conduct regular 1-1s, performance reviews, and competency development
    - Foster a strong data-driven culture and analytical mindset across the product organization

    Analytics Systems, Infrastructure & Architecture Ownership
    - Own and prioritize the analytics and data infrastructure backlog together with Data Engineering
    - Translate business and product needs into analytical and data platform requirements
    - Act as analytics owner for the core data platform and migration initiatives
    - Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and scalability of analytics solutions
    - Define and maintain standards for metrics, dashboards, experimentation, and analytical processes

    Marketing Analytics & Growth Analytics Ownership
    - Build and scale a systematic marketing analytics framework (LTV, CAC, attribution, funnels)
    - Ensure reliability and consistency of marketing signals used for decision-making
    - Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to improve performance measurement and optimization
    - Develop fast feedback loops and proxy metrics to accelerate learning and decision-making

    Stakeholder Management & Communication
    - Serve as the main analytics partner for Product, Marketing, and key business stakeholders
    - Proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership
    -Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
    - Balance short-term business needs with long-term analytics strategy and platform development

We expect from you:

  • Product thinking: can think about the product through user behavior and metrics, understands what users actually do behind the numbers and how metrics reflect product value
  • Systems thinking: able to think both top-down and bottom-up, see the product, analytics, and data platform as a single system
  • Critical thinking: questions data, assumptions, and conclusions; validates insights through cross-checks and alternative hypotheses
  • Effective communication:
    Uses data-driven storytelling and references to support arguments
    Explains complex analytical concepts in clear and simple language
    Provides structured conclusions with clear recommendations and impact assessment
    Effectively collaborates with stakeholders and confidently presents and defends analytical results
  • Ownership and independence: зroactively identifies problems and growth opportunities without waiting for task
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (this is an English speaking team)
  • Ability to work 9:00 - 18:00 (between GMT+4-GMT+10 timezone)

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
