InPost has revolutionised e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe’s leading OOH e-commerce enablement platforms. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through our network of almost 60,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and almost 35,000 pick-up drop-off points (PUDO) in nine countries across Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants. InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper, more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.
InPost Pay - a fast-growing payment and checkout solution that enables seamless, one-click purchasing across the InPost ecosystem and partner merchants. Data is at the heart of how InPost Pay grows: shaping product decisions, powering analytics, and ensuring we move fast with confidence.
We are looking for a Product Analytics Lead to join the InPost Pay and play a central role in building the data foundation that drives product and business decisions. You will own the full lifecycle of data products — from understanding business requirements and designing data architecture, through implementation in our production environment, to documentation and quality monitoring.
Main Activities:
Data Product Development: Own the end-to-end delivery of data products: gather requirements, perform comprehensive data analysis to address business problems, propose solution architecture, implement objects in the production environment, coordinate visualisation with the BI team, monitor quality, and maintain best-in-class documentation.
Data Layer & Architecture Development: Build and evolve the data layer for the InPost Pay business unit to support deep product analytics. Ensure the highest quality of object documentation and business definitions across all data assets.
Data Governance: Drive data governance excellence: document reports, objects, and business definitions; identify data owners and subject-matter experts (including across international markets); support data certification initiatives; implement data quality metrics; and continuously improve coverage and accuracy.
Complex Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses to solve business problems and deliver actionable insights. Apply statistical methods and large-scale data processing techniques. Ensure quality through testing and iterative collaboration with the product team and business stakeholders.
Agile Ways of Working: Take ownership of assigned tasks, provide reliable delivery estimates, and maintain proactive communication with business partners — surfacing progress and blockers clearly to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current with developments in data processing and data governance; evaluate market tools (including those not yet used at InPost); share knowledge through internal training and experimentation.
Mentoring & Team Development: Provide advisory support in building and managing a team of product analysts; conduct mentoring sessions and actively develop analytical competencies within the team.
