About this role

This position is ideally suited for experienced Product Analytics leaders with a strong product mindset and a proven ability to lead senior analysts.

The role sits at a pivotal point in the organization within the Analytics Group, working closely with Product, R&D and Executive stakeholders.

You will lead a team of senior, highly skilled Product Analysts who are deeply invested in product thinking, measurement, and impact. The focus of this role is to strengthen and scale Aidoc’s Product Analytics function - defining and measuring KPIs in partnership with Product, driving clarity in product performance, and enabling better strategic decisions through data.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader in Aidoc’s Analytics group, you will lead the Product Analytics domain and play a critical role in expanding our data-driven culture.

Product Analytics Leadership

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the Product Analytics vision across Aidoc’s product lines, in close collaboration with Product leadership.

  • Translate strategic and day-to-day product questions into structured analytical frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product to define and standardize product KPIs across teams
  • Partner with Product leaders to establish clear north-star metrics and success criteria per product
  • Build and maintain product health dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Drive adoption of shared measurement best practices across Product and R&D
  • Ensure every major initiative has clear success metrics and is evaluated based on measurable impact

You will help move the organization from descriptive reporting to structured, decision-oriented analytics embedded within product processes.

KPI Ownership & Measurement Frameworks

You will lead the development and governance of product measurement frameworks together with Product stakeholders.

Key areas of measurement include:

  • Feature adoption and usage depth
  • Activation and onboarding effectiveness
  • Engagement and retention
  • Workflow efficiency and operational impact

You will ensure:

  • Clear and aligned metric definitions agreed upon with Product and R&D
  • Reliable and trusted data sources for decision-making
  • Alignment between company objectives and product KPIs
  • Continuous monitoring of product health and performance, with shared visibility across teams

Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision Making

You will promote structured, hypothesis-driven product development by:

  • Supporting experimentation frameworks where applicable
  • Enabling pre- and post-launch analysis of product features
  • Partnering with Product on prioritization based on measurable impact
  • Supporting roadmap decisions with clear, data-backed insights

Team Leadership

You will lead and grow a team of senior Product Analysts who:

  • Operate as strategic partners to Product Managers
  • Combine strong technical skills with product intuition
  • Proactively generate insights rather than respond to requests

Your responsibilities include:

  • Professional development and mentorship
  • Maintaining a high analytical and product-thinking bar
  • Hiring and onboarding top-tier analytics talent
  • Creating clear ownership per product domain
  • Fostering accountability and impact orientation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Analytics and Product-related roles (Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Product Manager, etc.)
  • 4+ years of managerial experience leading analytics or product-focused teams
  • Strong product mindset and demonstrated experience influencing product decisions
  • Experience defining and scaling KPI frameworks in complex environments
  • Strong SQL and hands-on experience with analytical tools (Python/R)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on project experience
  • Master’s degree – advantage
