We are looking for aProduct Analysttobepartoftheteamresponsible for theconceptandcreationof DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) solutions, with a focusonsupporting delivery andexecutionacrossour Admin andAnti-Fraudteams In this role, youwillcontributetoinitiativesthat improve operationalefficiency, riskmitigation, andinternaluserexperienceacrossourplatforms


Youwillcollaboratecloselywithproduct designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders fromvarious countries toturnideasintoeffectiveandscalablesolutions, partneringwithcross-functionalteamstoscope, prioritize, anddeliver features thatenhancecontrol, reliability, andscalabilityofourinternal tools and processes. Thisis a greatopportunity for a PM whothrives in cross-functional, collaborativeenvironments, iseagertolearn, andenjoyssolvingpracticalproductproblemsthat make a real difference for internalusers

What you'll do:

  • Collaboratewithengineering, product design, data, andcommercial stakeholders tosupportproductinitiativesacross Admin andAnti-Frauddomains;
  • Contributetotheproductstrategyandexecution for TaDa’splatformwithintheseareas, helpingdeliverscalableandefficientsolutionsthatmeetuserneedsacross countries;
  • Supportimprovements in internaloperationsthrough Admin capabilities, increasingefficiencyandcontrol, whilecontributingtoAnti-Fraudmechanismstoreduceriskandprotectthe business;
  • Workwithcross-functionalteamsto define scope, requirements, andsupportexecution;
  • Supporttheevolutionofproductsfromconcepttolaunch, contributingtocontinuousimprovements;
  • Participate in discovery processes, gather feedback frominternalusers, and help identify new opportunities;
  • Write clearproductspecs, track progress, andcommunicate updates andrisksto stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • Universitydegree in anyarea;
  • Experience working in cross-functional software teams (as a Product Manager or in related roles);
  • Strong written, verbal, andpresentation skills in English;
  • Strong collaboration skills andabilitytoworkeffectivelyacrossmultipleteamsand stakeholders;
  • Abilityto break downambiguousproblemsintoclear steps withwell-definedrequirements;
  • Analytical mindset, with some experienceusing data tosupportdecision-making;
  • Attentiontodetailandownershipofday-to-dayexecution;
  • Comfort workingwithinternal-facing tools andbalancinguserneedswithtechnicalconstraints;
  • Organizationandabilitytomanagemultipleinitiativeswithguidancewhenneeded

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketplaces orlarge-scale digital products;
  • Exposuretoplatformorbackend-heavy systems;
  • Familiaritywithinternal tools, operational workflows, orriskfraud-relatedcontexts;
  • Spanish (reading, writing, andconversational skills).
