Requirements

  • Team Structure and Collaboration
  • Currently 8 product analysts, mostly full-time employees, and collaborates closely with five business analysts managed by another leader.
  • The team works with internal developers and vendor resources to support the Patient ID Journey project, coordinating efforts for implementation across divisions.
  • Work Arrangement and Contract Details
  • The position is a six-month contract focused on the Patient ID implementation, with no expected extension beyond that period. Initially, onsite presence in Nashville is recommended for training, transitioning to a hybrid work model. There is potential for full-time opportunities within the broader team during the contract tenure.

  • Daily scrums coordinate priorities and task assignments among analysts. The role involves frequent meetings with vendors to finalize requirements and plan implementation waves. During implementation phases, the analyst supports data migration, user onboarding, and issue resolution through ongoing communication and backlog management.
