Our product portfolio includes Funnels, Websites, AI Studio, Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, Domains, Media, QR Codes, Listings, SEO, Analytics, Tracking, and other lead-generation experiences
Millions of funnels, websites, forms, and other digital experiences are created using HighLevel. Our goal is to help agencies and businesses not only create these experiences but continuously improve their ability to attract visitors, capture leads, and drive conversions
Data plays a critical role in how we make product decisions. We are looking for a Product Analyst who can help us deeply understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, measure product outcomes, and enable Product Managers to make faster and better data-driven decisions.
HighLevel is looking for a highly analytical and curious Product Analyst to join our Lead Generation Product team.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to understand how customers discover, adopt, and use our products and where opportunities exist to improve their experience.
You will analyze the complete customer journey — from activation and feature adoption to engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization — and translate large amounts of product data into clear insights and recommendations.
This is not just a reporting role. We expect you to proactively identify patterns, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help Product Managers determine what we should build, why we should build it, and whether what we shipped actually worked
Type: Full Time – Remote (India)

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Product Managers and leadership clear visibility into product health and business outcomes.
Perform funnel and journey analysis to understand where users drop off across onboarding, creation, publishing, lead capture, and other critical workflows.
Conduct cohort, segmentation, and retention analysis to understand how behavior differs across customer segments, product usage patterns, and lifecycle stages.
Partner with Product Managers to size opportunities, validate product hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and quantify potential customer and business impact.
Measure feature launches before and after release to understand adoption, engagement, and impact, and recommend improvements based on the results.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define events, properties, tracking requirements, and instrumentation for new and existing features.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in product analytics and work with relevant teams to improve the quality and reliability of our tracking data.
Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics, analyzing experiment results, and helping teams make statistically sound decisions.
Combine quantitative product data with qualitative signals such as customer interviews, surveys, support tickets, and feedback to develop a complete understanding of customer problems.

Present complex analyses in simple, actionable narratives for Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and leadership.
