Job Description

Contract Length: 12-months

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Analyst to join our EBA Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing applications within the EBA ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro, and Lawson. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in customer support, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise with workforce management and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for EBA applications, including Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end users, delivering high-quality customer support and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Payroll, Operations) to ensure system functionality and business continuity.
  • Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities across the EBA ecosystem.
  • Maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and support procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency across supported systems.
  • Assist in training end users and promoting best practices for system utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role
  • Proven experience in customer support with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro, and/or Lawson.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications within a workforce management or HRIS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment.
