As a Product Analyst, you help product teams turn ambiguity into clarity. You bring product knowledge, data-driven thinking, and execution discipline to help teams make better decisions and deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Digital Channels teams improve the digital experiences customers use every day to manage their financial lives. We work across products, platforms, and customer journeys to create experiences that are simple, reliable, and valuable. This role is aligned to our Core Experiences group, which supports critical Account Opening and Money Movement capabilities across the digital experience.
As a member of our community, you'll join a group of product-minded analysts who bring together customer understanding, data, domain knowledge, and delivery discipline. You'll receive coaching and development support while helping shape the future of Fidelity's digital products and experiences.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
