The Product Analyst / Consulting-Level will be part of the team Remotely The Product Analyst for Support Services Applications serves as subject matter expert and connection point between business stakeholders, vendor, and IT support for applicable technologies. The scope of applications included for this role include both existing and yet-to-be defined products. The product analyst’s main responsibilities include requirement gathering, application support and issue resolution, and product improvement.
It is required that candidates maintain valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
This role requires occasional travel. During product go-lives, this position requires travel to be onsite at that hospital’s go live for 5 days (Mon-Fri). One can expect zero travel for 3-4 months and then have a 3-4 month period where they are travelling for one week of the month. Travel could include, but is not limited to, Utah, Idaho, Florida, Texas, and North Carolina.
