We’renow seeking a Product Analyst – ChronicCareto help design, optimise and scale these models of care.
The opportunity
This role sits at the heart ofcross‑functionaldeliveryAs Product Analyst – ChronicCare, you will work across clinical,operationaland digital teams to turn complex chronic care needs into clear requirements, efficientworkflowsand intuitive digital solutions. Your work will directly enable better experiences for patients,carersand clinicians—and support the safe, scalable growth of Care at Home services.
You do not need a clinical background. You do need curiosity, strong analyticalthinkingand a passion for solving meaningful problems at scale.
Whatyou’lldo
Translate complex needs into solutions
Work with clinicians and service teams to translate chronic care needs into functional requirements, user stories and process designs that supportperson‑centredcare.
Optimise products and processes
Analyse and improveend‑to‑endworkflows across virtual andhome‑basedservices, strengthening interoperability,efficiencyand user experience.
Use data to drive improvement
Monitor product performance, patient experience, equityimpactsand system usage toidentifyopportunities for optimisation and inform business cases.
Partner across disciplines
Act as a bridge between clinical,technicaland business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable,high‑qualitysolutions.
Support innovation and quality
Contribute to continuous improvement by integrating analytics, emergingtechnologyand automation—while ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety,privacyand regulatory standards.
About you
You are a collaborative,data‑drivenproblem solver who enjoys working in complex environments and translating insight into action.
You bring:
Experience working as a business analyst, product analyst or similar role in digital,platformor service environments
Strong ability to turn user, consumer or customer insights into clear requirements and practical solutions
Systems thinking, with sound business and analytical capability
Confidence working across diverse stakeholders and influencing without authority
Ability to interpret complex data, research or policy and translate it into operational improvement
Experience in digital health, virtual care or chronic care services is highly regarded—but not essential.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville. Together, we are committed to improving the health outcomes for children today and in the future.
In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
