We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Product Analyst (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. As a key member of the Product Management Department, you will work closely under the direction of the Director of Product Management to define business and functional requirements for user-friendly applications, focusing on optimizing adoption rates and enhancing our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. The candidate is expected to develop and communicate a product vision to internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish, as the Product Analyst will regularly engage with Spanish-speaking customers, government stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams across international operations.
