Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an âall-in-one systemâ, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.
Weâre looking for a Product Analyst to join our team in Ghent. If youâre looking for a role with responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Product Analyst at Qargo, youâll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success. Your mission will be to turn customer insights and business priorities into a clear, actionable product direction. Youâll work closely with our CEO and the product team to shape the direction of our Transport Management System, ensuring it continues to simplify complex logistics workflows and deliver real value to our users.
This is not a âbehind-the-deskâ analytical role. Youâll spend time understanding how transport companies operate, talking to users, and translating their underlying problems into smart, user-friendly solutions. Youâll collaborate daily with our engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to make sure every new feature is built with purpose and impact.

Our Transport Management System for road transport companies allows you to decrease your administrative workload and focus on the things that really matter:
- customer experience
- increasing operational efficiency
- achieving a financially healthy transport company
We built our Transport Management System from the ground up with the sole purpose of empowering transport companies and their staff to be more efficient and successful. We translated the needs of transport companies into user friendly software that aligns with your existing processes. This results in faster implementations and reduced need for training.
