At Artlist, we are pioneering a modern, AI-native approach to product analytics. We are looking for an ambitious Product Analyst to join us as a strategic partner and builder.

In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to amplify your impact, blending sharp product intuition with modern workflows to help shape our product strategy. You will spend your time tackling high-level business questions, establishing reliable metric frameworks, and building the systems that enable our product teams to move at lightning speed.

Wake Up For This

  • Leverage AI Tools such as Claude and Cursor: Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor as your daily co-pilots to write logic, process data rapidly, and prototype lightweight internal analytical tools.
  • Act as a Strategic Advisor & Builder: Partner closely with product leaders to frame critical business questions, design evaluation frameworks, and guide high-level product strategy.
  • Drive High-Level Product Analytics: Uncover overarching user behavior patterns, evaluate core conversion performance, and turn big-picture insights into actionable product opportunities.
  • Establish Metric Definitions & Context: Define clear business logic, data dictionaries, and context files so that both human teams and AI assistants rely on a trusted single source of truth.
  • Enable Speed & Self-Service: Design smart analytical frameworks that empower product teams to answer routine questions effortlessly, freeing you to focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a fast-paced product environment.
  • AI-Native Workflow: You actively embrace AI tools such as Claude and Cursor in your daily workflow to explore data, craft logic, and build faster.
  • Strategic Product Mindset: Strong ability to connect data directly to user behavior, high-level business goals, and product growth.
  • Builder Mentality: You enjoy crafting scalable frameworks, metric definitions, and smart analytics systems that elevate the entire product team.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent English skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for product partners.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with semantic layer concepts and metric governance.
  • Advantage: Experience creating context repositories, prompt systems, or custom workflows for AI-driven analytics.
