Job Description
Job position Summary:
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the VP Technology Office / PMO and help drive product effectiveness, initiative performance measurement, and post-launch product optimization across Everpro's product ecosystem.
This role will serve as the operational and analytical extension of the VP Technology, ensuring that released initiatives, product enhancements, and strategic projects are properly evaluated, measured, and continuously improved. While Product Managers focus on discovering, prioritizing, and delivering new initiatives, the Product Analyst will focus on understanding whether launched initiatives achieve their intended outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring valuable insights are translated into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, curious about product performance, and capable of connecting product metrics with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Performance Monitoring
- Track and monitor the performance of released product features, initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Establish visibility into post-launch performance across product domains.
- Ensure product outcomes are consistently measured against predefined success metrics.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into initiative effectiveness.
- Initiative Impact Evaluation
- Evaluate whether released initiatives deliver expected business and customer outcomes.
- Analyze product adoption, engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue-related metrics.
- Identify performance gaps between expected and actual results.
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and areas requiring further iteration.
- Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze customer feedback from various channels.
- Gather internal stakeholder feedback from Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Support the continuous improvement cycle for existing products and features.
- Product Analytics & Insights
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover product opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, conversion metrics, and adoption trends.

- Strategic Support for VP Technology
- Support VP Technology in tracking portfolio-level initiative performance.
- Provide structured updates on product impact, delivery effectiveness, and business contribution.
- Help prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership discussions.
- Support strategic reviews and quarterly business evaluations.
- Product Governance & Operational Excellence
- Help standardize initiative tracking, success measurement, and post-launch evaluation processes.
- Improve consistency of product documentation, success metrics, and initiative reporting.
- Drive accountability around measuring outcomes rather than simply delivering outputs.
- Contribute to establishing a stronger product operating model across the organization.
