Job Description

Classification: Contract
Contract Length: 24 months
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

This role focuses on analyzing EHR-related patient safety events, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to identify risks, detect patterns, and recommend proactive interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze EHR-related patient safety data and identify risk patterns
  • Use analytics and AI-driven tools to support proactive safety interventions
  • Assess EHR workflows to identify system gaps and usability issues
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leaders and safety teams
  • Collaborate with clinical, informatics, and operational partners to improve safety and workflow reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in patient safety, healthcare analytics, or EHR systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Expanse or other EHRs; skills in Python/R/SQL; knowledge of healthcare workflows; safety or quality certifications (CPPS, CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma GB)
