Product Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensure it is accurate, informative, up-to-date, easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
  • 2. Facilitate communication between different functional teams such as business, delivery services, engineering, operations, compliance to ensure alignment on features and updates.
  • 3. Collaborate with product manager in project management activities related to product development to ensure timely delivery and adherences to feature release milestones.
  • 4. Understand and pick up domain knowledge of existing product features, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • 5. Work closely with stakeholders, specifically with delivery services and engineering team to provide guidance, clarify requirements and resolve issues for features or enhancements.
  • 6. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with product goals.
  • 7. Support product launches and go-to-market activities by providing insights, conducting user acceptance testing and monitor product performance metrics by generating reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.

  • Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field.
  • 2. 1+ year of experience in product management, business analysis or related roles within the fintech industry.
  • 3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 4. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • 5. Ability to thrive in a startup-like (fast-paced and dynamic) environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • 6. Familiarity with financial services, digital wallets, and payment systems is highly desirable.
  • 7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
