Product Analyst | 12mth FTC | Insurance

Our client, a leading Insurance firm, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional services is hiring a Product Analyst on an initial 12 month FTC.

The Job:

• Responsible for product documenting and presenting it effectively for product change management, product systems migrations and reviews.
• You will be the go-to-expert for product design and responsible for analysing complex data.
• Responsible for analysing AS IS product features and processes and for identifying and defining a means of transforming these to a TO BE.
• Champion the adoption of Data-Driven decision making
• You will work closely with team members across different functional teams frequently including, other Analysts, Product Actuaries, Project Managers and senior executive level to ensure the effective communication and delivery of multiple product change initiatives.

The Person:

• Previous experience gained from working in a similar role
• Knowledge of insurance is essential
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to design, interpret and execute a test plan and test cases supported by appropriate traceability records linked to requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders
