About The Role

• The Product Ambassador plays a vital role in bringing DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands to life at the point of sale, creating meaningful connections between products and customers across Cambodia. This role drives consumer engagement and purchase intent through impactful product demonstrations, compelling storytelling, and excellent in-store execution.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive consumer interest and purchase decisions by delivering compelling product demonstrations and clear, engaging product explanations at the point of sale
• Distribute product samples, coupons, informational brochures, and promotional incentives to attract and convert prospective customers
• Design and set up visually appealing merchandise displays and demonstration areas to maximize product visibility and attract customer attention
• Conduct thorough product research and competitor analysis prior to demonstrations to ensure credible, informed, and effective brand representation
• Represent DKSH's brands at trade shows, retail stores, community organizations, and other venues to engage potential customers and address their inquiries professionally
• Record and report demonstration-related feedback, observations, and customer questions to the supervisor to support continuous improvement
• Coordinate with store managers on promotional activities to ensure smooth and successful execution at the retail level
• Support the management of promotional items and provide timely, accurate feedback to the teamAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or certificate in any disciplineMinimum one year of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and product portfolios
• Basic customer management skills with a focus on engagement and satisfaction
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
• Appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, particularly in cross-cultural interactions
