
PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

Our Producer / Project Manager is a strategic problem solver who takes full ownership of client projects - overseeing day-to-day activities, scheduling, purchasing, and communication across sales, creative, operations, production, and account management (activation) teams—while driving the production timeline and program elements through every stage of the project lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can think strategically and execute tactically while keeping multiple projects on time and on budget. To excel in this role, you must bring a structured approach rooted in project management methodologies and real-world application.

Recruiter Screening Conversation
Selected candidates will participate in a phone or virtual conversation with a recruiter to further explore experience, skills, and role alignment.
Hiring Manager & Team Interviews
Qualified candidates will meet with the hiring manager and/or key stakeholders. Interviews may be conducted virtually or in person.
Final Steps
Final candidates may participate in additional discussions prior to an offer decision.
