This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Producer, Virtual Events based in India.
This is an exciting opportunity for a virtual events professional to help deliver engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences for global audiences. The role focuses on producing and managing live virtual events, ensuring seamless execution from preparation through post-event reporting. You will collaborate closely with clients, facilitators, moderators, speakers, and internal teams to create impactful online experiences. The position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, leverage emerging virtual event technologies, and contribute to meaningful learning experiences for professionals worldwide.
Accountabilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for live virtual events, including event setup, execution, recording, post-event activities, and reporting.
- Partner with clients, facilitators, moderators, and speakers to ensure smooth event delivery and exceptional participant experiences.
- Manage event preparation activities, including technical checks, content reviews, platform setup, and readiness assessments.
- Troubleshoot technical, scheduling, and content-related challenges in real time while maintaining a professional client experience.
- Lead conversations with stakeholders to test event components, communicate updates, and keep activities aligned with timelines.
- Create, configure, deploy, and analyze interactive event elements such as polls and audience engagement features.
- Anticipate potential issues before events and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and interactive technologies, including webinar and video conferencing tools.
- Coordinate effectively across multiple projects while independently managing schedules and priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance virtual event quality and delivery processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, customer service, event production, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with virtual event and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or similar technologies.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating in virtual environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset focused on anticipating and resolving challenges.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients, senior stakeholders, facilitators, and external partners.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support international time zones is an advantage.
- Additional language skills such as Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese are considered a plus.
- Ability to meet technical requirements, including a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and professional headset setup.
