CBC Olympics has built a reputation for “best in class” content and sport production. We take pride in producing “athlete-centric” content giving priority to their own voice as the obvious stars of our show. Documenting the athlete’s experience over a career ensures our audience understands the importance of the moment and has a connection to the story as it unfolds live in our coverage. We work closely with external partners, CBC Media Solutions and CBC Olympic programming to tell stories - people believe.
As Producer you would plan, in collaboration with the Unit Production Manager and the Executive Producer, the financial, production and resource requirements for the creation of Olympic athlete features. You will contribute creative ideas and work with the features team on bringing those ideas to life.
During program preparation, production and post-production, you are responsible and accountable for exercising budget authority.
You will be required to regularly coordinate the work of others, including planning the work schedules of others to meet business needs.
Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the next
